At Thumper Fab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
